What is the Church's position on the recitation of the St. Michael the Archangel Prayer

What is the Church’s position about having the congregation to recite together the St. Michael prayer after the final blessing of the Mass by the priest?
 
The prayer is not part of the Mass. However, should the parish have a tradition of reciting the prayer *after *Mass then it is that is no problem.
