What is the Church's stance on the Bayside Apparations in NY?

Why won’t the Vatican confirm the apparation at Bayside NY from the 1970’s to 1995. The directives from Jesus and Mary don’t represent any indications of being deceptive or evil. They are strong directives against homosexuals, abortion, divorce, womans liberation, etc. They are direct instructions in how to change and emphasize the need for prayer. They give clear insight to the future and events that are taking place today. They also warn against Vatican corruption,evil and the conversion of Russia.
I don’t know why the church disapproves of these apparations when they won’t attempt to varify if they are legitimate.
