Does the Church believe that homosexuals are born that way or that they develop those tendencies through improper child raising or inappropriate and / or sinful choices they make through their teen and adult years? Are there some individuals that are truly “gay” as the liberal media would like one to believe? Also what are the true percentages of those claiming to be gay? I have a friend who was baptized Catholic and whose brother has followed this lifestyle for many, many years. In fact, his parents allowed the brother to bring the boyfriends home even during Christmas visits. I do not believe that anyone was created from conception to be a homosexual. What are the Church’s teachings on this subject? Also what books or articles would you recommend for further study?
