I know that the flock of a priest are called parishioners, but what is the collective name for all the people under the authority of a given bishop?

A bishop heads a diocese, but I am unaware of a derivative for the word diocese referring to its members. Usually the members of a diocese are considered the bishop’s “flock” because he is the chief shepherd of the diocese.
