What is the difference between Holy Spirit and Angel?

Why do we say “Holy Spirit is from The Father and The Son?”
 
One is the third person of the Trinity. The other a created and distinct spiritual being.

Aside from Angels serving as messengers and a person loosely concluding that the form of communication from the Holy Spirit would seem similar, they aren’t the same at all.

The Holy Spirit The third person of the Holy Trinity, composed of the love between the Father and the Sun.

Angel- A being created by God, which is eternal, superior in intellect to humans, has free will, and is nonphysical.
 
Holy Spirit is God; the love shared between the Father and the Son, so perfect and complete that it is a Divine Person, one of 3, one in 3.

An Angel is a created spiritual being, with a will and an intellect.

I mean, in one sense, you could count them in any order. They are all God, equal in every way.

In another sense, the Father is neither created nor begotten nor proceeding (and thus is the “first” person); the Son is uncreated but is begotten of the Father (and thus is “second”); and the Holy Spirit is uncreated and unbegotten but proceeds from the other two (and thus is “third”). This isn’t a time thing — the Father didn’t exist first and then give rise to the Son. All three Persons are eternal and exist by necessity. But the Son’s status depends on the Father’s, and the Spirit’s on the other two, in a way that does not apply the other way around. As others have said, our usual analogy in the West is that the Father is God in Himself; the Son is God’s perfect self-image (and therefore also God); and the Holy Spirit is the love that exists between them (which, since God is Love, is also God).
