What is the difference between the Apostles' Creed, the Athanasius Creed, and the Nicean Creed?

And, are there any other approved formulations? Which is the one used at Mass? I know the one I profess at the beginning of the rosary is different than the one at Mass. Are they all dogmatic, as I am told the Athanasius Crede is?
