What is the "evangelic law" and what are it's attributes in comparison to the Mosaic law?

I passed a reference online to one of the anathemas of Trent. It said if anyone denied that matrimony was a part of the “evangelic law” instituted by Christ or that it imparted grace to let them be anathema. I’m not so much concerned with the anathema as with the term “evangrlic law” and the apparent idea that law can impart grace. Does anyone know more sbout this topic and can anyone point me to articles and such that explain it? Thank you:)

What a mistake.

People really need to be aware of the illicit use of the term “catholic church” when looking for a church to join.
10.4 The Evangelical Catholic Church witnesses and celebrates the marriages of persons of the same sex, and declares that these marriages to be valid and equal sacraments of Matrimony in the Church as any other marriage celebrated by the Church.

I’ve heard the term “evangelic law” used during EWTN discussions this week. The way in which the EWTN presenters were using it was from Jesus’ words in Mark 16:15
