What is the evidence concerning Mary's Assumption?

Apart from Revelations Chapter 12 and the Catholic Churches teaching that the Ark of the Covenant depicted in Revelations 11 v 9 is the Blessed Virgin Mary, is there any other evidence in the Bible concerning her Assumption?
