What is the historicity of Judith?

Judith 1:1 calls “Nebuchadnezzar, king of the Assyrians in the great city of Nineveh.” Nineveh was, indeed, in Assyria, but the only Nebuchadnezzar in Scripture was the King of Babylon, which was in Persia. Are these two different Nebuchadnezzars or is there another explanation?
