You could have fooled me.That isn’t a Christian thing to say either. Catholics are not angry to see Jesus loved and worshiped by anyone regardless of their faith choice.

What is your point in this? The facts have been brought forward time and again and you refuse to acknowledge them. I have shown them, others have shown them, chapter and verse and it has only been met with arrogance and twisted logic on your behalf. Secondly, Catholics are not the only ones with 73 books in their Bibles. Mine also contains 73. Obviously you didn’t know that some Protestants can actually have them as well. You shouldn’t assume that you know everything about ALL Protestants.I have professed someone wrong? News to me.
YOU should be embarrassed for assumption.
I asked about these “facts” that you know about and you still haven’t provided them. If anyone is trying to prove someone wrong it is YOU not me.
Do you have these “facts” or not?
My point is YOU said that I am professing someone wrong. Please show evidence where I have said that anyone belonging to a faith other than Catholic is wrong. What is your point in this?
And YOU shouldn’t assume that you know everything about ALL Catholics. You shouldn’t assume that you know everything about ALL Protestants.
If a Catholic treats a person of another faith in a disrespecting way, then that Catholic is not a true Christian. That Catholic hasn’t read and understood the word of our Lord and Savior. You could have fooled me.
Yes some Proestestants do have 73 books in their Bible. The problem is they ignore all of them but a few random new testament verses from which they reach profound(and wrong)theological conclusions. The problem is compunded by the fact they are all using the same Bible but come up different (but still wrong) theological conclusions. What is sad is Jesus sorted all this out some 2,000 years ago before there was even much Scripture to argue about. What is your point in this? actually we do know that those were added back later. What is your point in this? The facts have been brought forward time and again and you refuse to acknowledge them. no i dont. there is only One Church calling all christians into union and that is the Catholic Church. do you know of any other? So then the Orthodox Christians also have to comply with the witlessness? Do you have a clue how silly you sound?
I wouldn’t pay to much attention to him. His arguments are so weak all he can do is demean people.no i dont. there is only One Church calling all christians into union and that is the Catholic Church. do you know of any other?
yes, i noticed that. thks.I wouldn’t pay to much attention to him. His arguments are so weak all he can do is demean people.![]()
i am sick of seeing this guillatine… Why aren’t the Moderators saying anything about that???Oh my… I didn’t know we had that emoticon…
NO? then read the posts and tell me why anyone is being criticized for “stealing” somebody else’s creed, as if they owned it? That denotes anger. And more anger is expressed when making nasty remarks about other faith traditions. It would apprear that some would rather people be atheists instead. It’s perfectly awful. Christians all profess Jesus as savior, the fact that we interpret things a bit differently in rather minor matters is of no consequence. Nobody “owns” a creed or scripture. That isn’t a Christian thing to say either. Catholics are not angry to see Jesus loved and worshiped by anyone regardless of their faith choice.
It is your opinion that “they” ignore them but a random few as you put it. Your interpretation is yours, it holds a special place only to yourself and those who believe as you do. Others are entitled to think differently. You can’t prove you claims, if you could there would be NO other church but yours and everyone save the mentally defective would see th logic of it. Obviously that hasn’t happened. You have opinions, not proof.Yes some Proestestants do have 73 books in their Bible. I have no personal interpretaion of Scripture. It is your opinion that “they” ignore them but a random few as you put it. Ahhh, yeah ya do estesbob. It’s just the Catholic Church’s interprestation that is yours. Shocking as it may seem, there are other interpretations out there, so it remains opinion, as are all the others.I have no personal interpretaion of Scripture.
Not ALL Catholics feel that way. The creed doesn’t belong to anyone.NO? then read the posts and tell me why anyone is being criticized for “stealing” somebody else’s creed, as if they owned it? The Church has binding interpreations on about a half dozen verses of scripture.Ahhh, yeah ya do estesbob. It’s just the Catholic Church’s interprestation that is yours. Shocking as it may seem, there are other interpretations out there, so it remains opinion, as are all the others.
I never assumed that I do, even though I was Catholic for most of my life. For that matter, I don’t believe that any Catholic knows everything about Catholicism. I don’t think anybody knows everything about it. It’s like an ominous black hole, no offense intended. My point is YOU said that I am professing someone wrong. Please show evidence where I have said that anyone belonging to a faith other than Catholic is wrong.
My belief is that we are ALL brothers and sisters in Christ so how can any of us be wrong?
And YOU shouldn’t assume that you know everything about ALL Catholics.
