What is the New Apostolic Church?

Hi everyone. It’s been a while since I’ve been on here, but I’m quite interested to know if anyone has any info on the New Apostolic Church, which has a big following here in South Africa. My brother’s wife belongs to the church, and their son has been blessed by one of their pastors. I’d love to know more about it. I know I should be able to ask my sister-in-law, but she’s not exactly approachable.

The only Apostolic church is the Catholic church.
