I don’t think so - because there ARE limits on free speech…Minor children don’t have “free speech” (at least not when I grew up……)

Oh come on, I know they may or may not have a lot of it, but everyone who lives under bridges has held money.

Everyone works for it, even those on the street corners holding up cardboard signs.
