What is God’s punishment for hypocrisy? Ex in the OT we can read that he abandons the greedy (Babylon) and reflected in the person as Judas. What about the hypocrite? Is there a theme of punishment for this?

Wr cannot extrapolate or infer judgement from an incident in the Old Testament. Babylon was not about greed.

I don’t know but Jesus had very strong words about those who practice it:
‘Woe to you scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs, which outwardly appear beautiful, but within are full of dead men’s bones and filth. So you also outwardly appear righteous to men, but within you are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.’ - Matt 23:27-28
