Can anyone go including adults who haven’t recieved their commmunion or confirmation?
Like receiving the Eucharist, Adoration is an encounter with Christ that transcends words."…This was an old peasant who every day went into
the church before going to his labour in the fields,
and again when he returned. There he used to
remain for a long while quite motionless and mute,
with his eyes fixed on the Tabernacle.
" Pere Chaffangeon, what do you say to Our
Lord during your visits ? " M. Vianney asked him
one day, surprised at never seeing his lips move.
" Nothing. I look at Him, and He looks at me."
I beg you, Lord,
let the glowing force of Your love
draw my mind away from all things
that are below heaven,
that I may die for love of Your Love,
who thought me worthy to die for love of my love.
Amen.
When I was an unbaptized person, I went to adoration to pray for my mother, who was in the hospital at the time. It was a lovely experience.Anyone can go, including non-baptized persons and protestants.
