What is the real mark of the devil?

This morning when I weighed myself at the hospital it reads 66.60kg. I suddenly felt that I had been marked by the devil as the chosen one. LOL! But seriously, some people said the real number is 616, not 666. Any ideas?

No one knows exactly what the mark will be. We do know that it will be:
  • Economically important
  • Tangible to some degree
People have proposed Barcodes, tattoos, RFID chips, and brandings as the possible mark. However, this debate is largely pointless as the Antichrist won’t arrive for some time.

Obviously I do not know how you look but 66 kg is not that much. My hunch is that you are okay 🙂
 
In all seriousness it’s probably a spiritual mark. Kinda like the mark our souls received in baptism only evil.

Or currency, yep probably a recognized mark of currency.
 
Mark of evil huh? Thats okay, next easter the priest will erase it and mark it with the seal of God during baptism.

If you see the snarling face of the wolf call out for our Shepherd and watch that predator run at even the sound of His name.

Numbers are represented by their own special combination of letters. The translation the Hebrew spelling of 666 or 616, spells Neron Kesar which is the Hebrew spelling of Nero Caesar.

Actually many of his works appeals to me. Heehee… However, I am scared to follow his work because I know it comes with a heavy price.

The important thing is to remember that we Christians, because of our anointing at Baptism, bear Christ’s invisible and indelible mark, the Cross, on our foreheads, on parts of our bodies, and most importantly – on our souls.

This was foretold in the Book of Ezekiel, in the vision of the angels marking the foreheads of the Lord’s faithful remnant in Jerusalem with a sheep ownership mark, the Hebrew letter taw/tau. (Which was in the shape of a cross, at that time.)

A lot of stuff in Revelation refers back to Ezekiel, Daniel, Micah, Malachi, etc., because of course all this prophetic stuff ties together.

Whatever it turns out to be, the mark of the Beast is just a stupid mockery of the Lord’s mark.

Bear your anointing proudly. Show the world that you belong to the Lord’s flock.

The book of life mentioned in revelation depends on what Mark each person bears since ones birth or conception. God is a forseer of all things. The Mark of Baptism or any sacrament, does not guarantee you are saved, but one shall be judged by it, because those with the Mark of Baptism have the Christian vocation to fulfill their vocation whether as laity, consecrated or priests, above all others whom God didn’t choose. The duties it entails to convert the non-believers and spread the gospel first by example in their own lives.

Those that bear the Mark of damnation, the accursed, the lost, the reprobates, got forsaw till each of their end who reject salvation due to rebellion or weakness.

I am not sure about the mark of beast, something that is freely chosen, towards the latter end times. But all in the same. If it’s given to you against your will and conscious, then one is not held guilty in God’s justice. It is those who willing receive it and succumb to it because of the benefits and rewards or by social pressure to be with the popular, the wealthy, the ranks, that will not gain salvation.

In the US, there is a number you need or you would not be able to buy or sell:
Without your social security number, you cannot get a job (oh, there are other ways to make money without the government knowing),
Having a “Job” is equal to “selling your services to an employer” - this is the selling you cannot do without a social security number.
And without an income you cannot buy food, clothing, housing, etc.
With a social security number, the US allows you to buy and sell.
It is a number on your forehead - you have it memorized (or most people do).
It is on your hand (in your hand) when you hand the card over to an employer so they can photo copy it for their employment records, and your hand “writes” (types) it when you do your taxes, etc.

As St. Peter in his first letter, St. Paul to the Philippians, St. Clement, and the writer to Diognetus, all remind us, we are aliens in the lands where we live, foreigners living in the midst of the peoples of the earth, citizens of a kingdom established by God, and being light and salt in the lands of our sojourning. We know about that other number, but it is not who we really are; we bear the mark of citizenship and sonship in the Kingdom of God.

Funny you mentioned the Beatles with reference to the occult. I’m no Beatles fan but noticed a few things in isolation and then joined the dots. I never knew about that incident in the Caver club. But what I do know is this. John Lennon was murdered outside of the Dakota building. The Dakota building was where the film “ Rosemary’s Baby” was filmed. Sharon Tate starred in this film and she in turn was murdered by the Manson family. Last year in the U.K., a man murdered his entire family in John Lennon’s childhood home and the man made references to demons, the devil etc. during police questioning. Didn’t the Beatles claim that they were more famous than Jesus? Kind of insulting to Our Blessed Lord. In the Beatles album Sergeant Peppers Lonely Hearts Club there is, in the artwork of the album, a picture of Alesteir Crowley, a well known occultist. Strange. Very strange. Maybe it’s all just a coincidence? Or maybe not?
 
The evil one imitates. Like the life of Christ is imprinted on a Baptized soul, the mark is the image imprinted on a soul of a person who lifts themselves above God in a permanent embrace of the good of Satan. The good that delighted Eve. It’s a distorted human image. Where as Christians enter a life of freedom when Baptized, those in the Parousia who’s soul is the image of a beast enter the captivity of death. It’s when eternity has entered time in a fuller way. anyone who rejects God then rejects Him fully revealed in their presence. They enter an eternal state because they took the mark. Man was created in the light of the sixth day.with the beasts. When man lifts himself above God When Truth is revealed the soul takes the mark of the Beast. 👹😉
