A Question to any Muslim.

What Is The Sex of Allah?
Is he a male ? Or Female? Or Unknown?
and can he be married?
Do Allah really need to be married? and Why?

I hope this is a real question and not a provocation!

Allah is neither male nor female,He doesnt have any human attributes…so no,he doesnt get nor does he need to get married.Surah Al Ikhlas in the Koran is a short declaration about Allah,it may give you your answer

In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
  1. Say: He is God, the One and Only;
  2. God, the Eternal, Absolute;
  3. He does not beget, nor is He begotten;
  4. And there is none comparable to Him.

That is a beautiful answer bosnian_muslim. On the other hand I just get the feeling that this couldn’t have been a serious question. I don’t see how anyone wouldn’t know Allah to be the same God that Catholics worship. Looks like some sort of set up. Anyway, your answer was both eloquent and so very beautiful. Thanks!

This here couldn’t be more wrong…

Straight from the Quran,

5:14 From those too who call themselves Christians, We did take a covenent, but they forgot a good part of the message that was sent them. So we estranged them,“with enmity and hatred between the one and the other”, to the day of judgement, And soon will Allah show them what it is they have done.

“WHO” placed Enmity and Hatred between one and other christian? “Allah did”. Sounds more like Satan than a God and certainly not the Catholic/Christian God L.

No my friend its very apparent we are worshipping two different Gods. I don’t knell down and Pray to the Black Stone [which is a vagina idol] 5X a day.

So before this thread moves any farther lets make this CRYSTAL CLEAR!

Above is the Catechism #841 From the Catholic Church.

For the muslim members, is there anything like this written from islam regarding other religions, especially Christianity…

brother , we believe that everything happens by the will of God , nothing happens against his will

read this verse , it was revealed after battle of Ohud ( when muslims was beaten in it )

3-165 And was it so, when a disaster smote you, though ye had smitten (them with a disaster) twice (as great), that ye said: How is this? Say (unto them, O Muhammad): It is from yourselves. Lo! Allah is Able to do all things.

what can you understand from it ?
firstly , it was God who made muslims to be beaten in this battle suddenly while they were the winners , and how it was happen ? well , allah able to do all things

but" why" is the question which we should to ask ourselfs
the asnwer is in the same verse
Say (unto them, O Muhammad): It is from yourselves
becuase they disobeyed the commands of thier leader .

every disaster happens by the will of God , but reasons of it is always our own deeds .

42-30 And whatever of misfortune befalls you, it is because of what your hands have earned. And He pardons much.

3-64 Say: “O People of the Book! come to common terms as between us and you: That we worship none but Allah. that we associate no partners with him; that we erect not, from among ourselves, Lords and patrons other than Allah.” If then they turn back, say ye: "Bear witness that we (at least) are Muslims (bowing to Allah.s Will).

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) attributed certain rights to Egyptian Copts that he did not grant to other minorities, where Ka`b ibn Malik narrates from the Prophet, “If Egypt is conquered, treat the Copts with dignity, for they have a blood relation with us.”.

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was reported to have said prophecy on his deathbed, “By Allah, respect the Copts of Egypt, for you shall conquer them, and they shall be your supporters in the cause of Allah” (At-Tabarani).

In another hadith, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Treat them well, for they are an asset to you and a warning against your enemies by the Will of Allah.”
Reference here is made to Egyptian Copts (Ibn Hibban).

No Elwill - I wasn’t looking from the koran or hadiths. I was looking for an islamic document from outside of koran & hadiths.

I read the whole of the Quran chapter 5 instead of one verse out of context, and then it wasn’t so crystal clear any more.

But then I’m not a student of Islam. I’m thinking about learning more, so could you let me know how long it took you to study the Quran and Islam before reaching your conclusions compared to, say, how long you have studied the Bible and Catholicism?

I see from your profile that your interest is to “Expose The Devil’s Plan”.

Could you enlighten me on this important subject? Pretty please?

That is certainly a good answer to the OP, which does indeed appear to be a setup. However, it should also be born in mind that those Koranic verses also teach that God “does not beget, nor is He begotten,” which the classic text the Muslims use to reject the idea of Jesus being the (only begotten) Son of God. In their theology not only God does not have gender, He cannot have sons or daughters either, therefore Jesus cannot be the Son of God. The Bible, however, teaches not only that God has a Son, but He is Male! Jesus addresses Him as Father, not Mother; and He commands us to address Him as Father, not Mother! So what other conclusion can one draw from the Bible except that God not only has a Son; but He also has a gender, and is a Male! 🙂
