What is the significance of Israel in Scripture? Geographically, theologically, spirituality, etc.

Entire lifetimes have been spent answering this question. It cannot be covered in 20 threads.

There is indeed much significance in Israel. Israel represents the Church which, like Israel goes through the wilderness until reaching the promised land. So Israel represents corporately what we experience individually also. Israel is the elder brother as described in Romans, especially in Esau in Rom 9. And so much more. Mary. Eve. Etc

Are you asking about Israel, the ancient nation of Israelites who worshipped in God’s temple and from which Christ came forth?

Or are you asking about the modern nation state called by some as Israel?
