What is the status of such a marriage?

I recentlyheard of a site (Priests for Rent). These are married priests who have obviously left active. ministry If a Catholic couple is “married” by one of these priests, what is the status of the marriage>
 
Hi,

Such a marriage would be invalid. Every Catholic priest must be granted faculties (permission) from the pastor in order that the wedding he witnesses be valid. He must also have faculties (permission) from his local ordinary (bishop).
