What is the typology of each sacrament?

Are you asking what are some types of Chrstian sacraments present in the Old Testament?
 
Typology, as described by Wikipedia, means the classification of things according to their characteristics.

There are three types of Sacraments:

A. Sacraments of Initiation - the Sacraments that bring people into the Church and unite them with Christ (Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist)
B. Sacraments of Healing - the Sacraments that provide healing to body and soul (Anointing of the Sick, Confession/Reconciliation)
C. Sacraments of Vocation - the Sacraments that institute a God-given mission to man on earth (Matrimony, Holy Orders)

For Baptism, it was the Jews passing through the Red Sea (1 Cor 10) and the Flood (1 Peter 3)

For the Eucharist, Manna in the Destert

For Confirmation, the Annointing of the Kings of Israel

For Marriage, the Marriage of Adam and Eve

Q. 597. What do we mean by Sacraments of the dead and Sacraments of the living?
A. By the Sacraments of the dead we mean those Sacraments that may be lawfully received while the soul is in a state of mortal sin. By the Sacraments of the living we mean those Sacraments that can be lawfully received only while the soul is in a state of grace – i.e., free from mortal sin. Living and dead do not refer here to the persons, but to the condition of the souls; for none of the Sacraments can be given to a dead person.

Q. 593. Which are the Sacraments that give sanctifying grace?
A. The Sacraments that give sanctifying grace are Baptism and Penance; and they are called Sacraments of the dead.

Q. 596. Which are the Sacraments that increase sanctifying grace in our soul?
A. The Sacraments that increase sanctifying grace in our souls are: Confirmation, Holy Eucharist, Extreme Unction [Anointing of the Sick], Holy Orders, and Matrimony; and they are called Sacraments of the living.
