What is the weirdest movie you ever saw?

There are not too many ways you can defend yourself against a chain-saw, it’s indiscriminate, touch it with your little pinkie & it’s gone, no way hosea !

The weirdest movie for me though was probably Donnie Darko. It’s about a troubled teenager who receives warnings and visions from a monstrous bunny named Frank about the end of the world. I just couldn’t get my head around this…monstrous bunny figure. That’s named Frank. :ehh: I can’t remember the rest of the movie very clearly as it was just a bizarre jumble of events. I could not make heads nor tails of it.

It’s supposed to be a cult classic, but I just can’t understand it. Maybe it’s supposed to be a strange coming-of-age story? Who knows.

Lars and the Real Girl.

In spite of it’s off beat premise a great film.
 
I’m pretty desensitized to cinematic “weirdness,” though I do have a list that I’d consider"weird" that makes it more “on-the-fringe” than most foreign/indie films I’ve come across.

Japans’s Hausu is probably the least “weird” on my list.

ADD:Geoffrey Fletcher’s Violet & Daisy is the least weird, replacing Hausu. It’s a relatively straight-forward premise with drops of strangeness.
