Two things I don’t much care for: fudge and eclairs.

I’m not fond of them either. I prefer cannoli.http://usera.imagecave.com/TaiChiPanther2/FOOD_AND_DRINK/Eclair.bmp.jpg
I don’t mind the cream, or the chocolate on top; it’s the pastry part I don’t like.

What flavor of ice-cream and type of wine do you use? Do you just pour the wine on the ice-cream?I would like to suggest another one: how about ice cream topped with wine. A spanish priest from Avila taught it to us and it was a great novelty for me.
I can see myself doing that with some very sweet dessert wine or liqueur or something. What flavor of ice-cream and type of wine do you use? Do you just pour the wine on the ice-cream?![]()
Sounds like a great recipe for comfort food.I can see myself doing that with some very sweet dessert wine or liqueur or something.
Along the same lines - an affogato (scoop of icecream with a shot or two of very strong coffee poured over it) - gorgeous (she says, munching on some Lindt chocolate)
