I buy macadamia nuts too and I eat them salted. They are my favorite nut variety. By the way, I am just amazed at how people like so many different foods. All of them sounds so yummy and at times foreign. I feel like picking some suggestions out and try them. I would like to suggest another one: how about ice cream topped with wine. A spanish priest from Avila taught it to us and it was a great novelty for me. :bowdown:

I would like to suggest another one: how about ice cream topped with wine. A spanish priest from Avila taught it to us and it was a great novelty for me. :bowdown:

What flavor of ice-cream and type of wine do you use? Do you just pour the wine on the ice-cream?

I can see myself doing that with some very sweet dessert wine or liqueur or something.

Along the same lines - an affogato (scoop of icecream with a shot or two of very strong coffee poured over it) - gorgeous (she says, munching on some Lindt chocolate )
