What is your favorite Marian apparition?

As we know private revelations are not apart of the deposit of the Faith along with the messages of Our Lady of La Salette some of them have come true such as Blessed Pius IX and his proclamation of the Dogma of the Immaculate Conception along with the aggression and take over of the Papal States by King Victor Emmanuel in the 1860’s during Italy’s unification.

I believe in all of the Church approved apparitions of Our Lady because they remind us to convert ourselves and bring others to Christ along with praying the Rosary for the salvation of poor sinners and the poor souls in purgatory.

What is your favorite Marian apparition and why?
 
Our Lady of Grace.

I am named after this apparition-both first and middle name–And I love the Miraculous Medal.
 
Lourdes. I was born on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception.
 
I have always has a special devotin to Our Lady of Lourdes.I also appreciate all the Marion apparitions.However,in the past few years,as I have come to learn more about Our Lady of Guadalupe,I am very endeared by this lovely apparition.Our Lady’s tender guidance and affection for Juan Diego and the many conversions that took place as a result is very inspiring.🙂
 
I would.go with Lourdes. I went to Lourdes and the feeling of peace you get there cannot.be described with words. There is something very special.about the water from Lourdes too. I still.keep water from the stream.and there is something.very special.about that water. I really like Fatima and Guadalupe too, but to me there is something very special.about Lourdes.
 
Guadalupe. She not only is the patroness of the Unborn, but she converted and saved an entire nation.

I too have a Marian Birthday. The Annunciation.
 
That is almost like asking me which of my children is my favorite.
 
The one I’ve read most about and thought about the most would be Our Lady of Fatima. Second would probably be Our Lady of Lourdes and then maybe Our Lady of La Salette.
 
I’m Portuguese, so I will say Fatima!

Also, La Salette is very dear to my trad heart!
 
Lourdes. The shrine may be rather touristy today, but the story of the apparition is quite touching. I’m very sceptical about Fatima (the “Third Secret” sounds the plot of some Holywood disaster film) and I’m not really familiar in detail with many of the others.
 


While I believe Our Lady has appeared all over the world to many, and all equally important, the account of her visit to San Juan Diego touches me the most. She left us her image supernaturally. Only overshadowed by the shroud.

One is required to love all of one’s children. Which is not the same as liking them equally.

Especially during the teenage years…😃
 
Our Lady of Lourdes by farrrrrrrrr. The entire obsession with the political aspects of Fatima and those who follow that apparation even more than the Gospels as fanatics have ruined that for me.:eek:
