without a doubt the Rosary. it is so powerful and helps me to go into deep meditation and contemplation on our Lord. the mysteries help to break wide open the Gospel. it calms me and brings me so much happiness and peace. so many graces, so much practical psychological and biological benefits.
at one time i got bored of it and started exploring and doing the Divine Mercy instead. it just wasn’t the same (for me). i went back to the Rosary as my primary. don’t get me wrong, i still do both. that’s what i love about the Catholic Church, we have so many tools available for everyone, it’s universal!
on a side note my favorite sung prayer is the Adoremus, especially when sung by the Poor Clare Nuns of Perpetual Adoration on EWTN’s Benediction and Devotion show. they sound like angels!
