What is your favourite?

i try to pray little short prayers through the day …prayers that are easy to say/remeber and are only a few words long…do any of you do this…and what short prayers do you say…

my favourite is jesus mary and joseph i love you save souls

My mother taught me this when I was about 6 years old or so. I still use it - at the end of a prayer and through out the day - it’s been more than 20 years. 🙂

I say it in Vietnamese though:
Giesu, Maria, Giuse, con men yeu, xin cuu roi cac linh hon!

  • con men yeu = I love you
  • xin cuu roi cac linh hon = save souls
…I also add to the prayer…" and save me". It helps me a lot especially when there is a temptation.

Not so much little “pre done” prayers, but I am constantly talking to God about little things through the day. I’m sure he gets tired of hearing from me after awhile! 😊

I think this one is also my favorite. I try and pray something short before I answer the phone at work, and this has been the one I’ve been praying the most. 🙂

aswell as jesus mary joseph i love you save souls…
i try to say other small prayers too to my holy guardian angel, to mother mary, st joseph, holy spirit, god the father, jesus, saints and angels ( although not all at the same time…or in the same day…that would be very hard for me to do…i just vary the prayers from day to day)…

does any of you have any advice on how to remember to say these sorts of prayers through out the day…sometimes i forget…

i like these little prayers because they are small, easy to say, and they keep you in touch with heaven…they are easy to say when it would be impossible to say longer prayers or when you feel you can’t pray much…

also do any of you have this problem…when i think thoughts in my head the thoiughts flow freely…when i pray these prayers i find that i have to focus on each word of the prayer and that i mouth the words even though i am just thinking the prayer…any advice on this…
