i have several because i make them up on the spur of the moment…it is an easy way of praying all the time to pray like this …it keep you continually in touch with god between morning and night prayers…
i am fasinated by this type of prayer because i have read that the saints used this method of prayer
since “researching” praying in this way and using ejaculatory prayers…i have found that many other saints as well as st alphonsus liguori prayed in this way…
i have read that these type of prayers are spontaneous and that they delight god and that they strike the heart of god like an arrow of love…
st jaon cassian, st francis de sales, st philip neri and other saints also prayed like this
