What is your opinion on demonic possession?

i think the reason demons possess people is because of three reasons one to give them a sense of mortality. and two because some of them do bad things and they use our bodies
to conceal themselves/to hide. and three some of them use us as a vessels.
what do you guys think? if you have other ideas please share?
