I heard a case of a friend. In case the baby dies after 4 moths of pregnancy. If the doctor is able to tell her that for sure the baby is dead in her womb is the abortion permitted to take it out?

If the child is regrettably deceased; removing the child does not constitute murder - as it is not an abortion per se.

Condolences to your friend.

Yes, of course. The child has died and if the mother’s body does not start the process of expelling the fetus, medically it is necessary for a procedure to do so.

It would not be considered an abortion if the baby were already deceased.
