What kind of rosary is this?

I have a rosary or chaplet that has seven groups of seven beads with medals in between each group. What is this and how do I use it for prayer?
 
You either have a Franciscan rosary on which is prayed the Seven Joys of Mary or a Servite rosary on which is prayed the Seven Sorrows of Mary. The images on the medals of your rosary should indicate which one you have. The standard rosary with which most Catholics are familiar is known as the Dominican rosary.
