Peace be with you!
As someone who has struggled with this same problem, I can give you some good advice. First off, pray pray pray. My priest told me in confession to ask for help from Our Blessed Mother. I would also recommend St. Joseph, who was able to live married to (as the stories tell us) the most beautiful woman ever to have lived and he looked at her only with love. His prayers would be a great help. Finally, St. Michael the Archangel. Since temptation comes from the devil, St. Michael should be a great help for us, don’t you think?

Just in case you don’t know his prayer, I’ll post it for you here:
St. Michael, defend us in battle. Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do thou, O prince of the heavenly hosts, by the power of God cast into hell Satan and all other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls. Amen.
Think of temptation as the battle St. Michael is defending you in. I say a rosary every night and this is one of the prayers I say at the end, after the “Hail, Holy Queen”.
Also, get ahold of some Christopher West videos. Boy, if anything can hit home and make you never want to masturbate again, this is it. He explains sexuality better than anyone I’ve ever heard before, and he bases it all on JPII’s Theology of the Body (I’d recommend reading this, too). He does a speech that you can get on video of Christian Manhood. Even though you’re a guy, I’d also recommend the one on Christian Womanhood. In this one, he talks to women and for women, but what he was saying about how men should look at them really (and I mean, really) hit home. I can’t even express how awesome Christopher West is and how much his videos helped me. Good luck, and I’ll pray for you too.
In Christ,
Rand
