Is there any sin that if someone once commited, even after Confession, the sins will Never be forgiven (and the soul must be lost after death)?

I heard that the blasphemy of holy spirit is the only sin God will not forgive.

However, I sometimes wonder what else of sins God will not forgive?

If all sins will be forgiven after confession, will people always commit that because they think the sins will be forgiven through confession?

I think some kind of sins such as murder, wrong witness in God’s name, stealing… etc. are serious enough which should not be forgiven… will these still be forgiven thru confession?

Any thoughts or ideas? :o

God has infinite mercy. There are no sins which He will not forgive.

Yes, trust in the Infinite Mercy of God. Don’t give in to despair

No. I did not commit these severe sins. Just a question come up in mind suddenly. 🙂
Just for the record, the only unforgivable sin is when we think that God cannot forgive us. And, if a person should think that, then I pray for them for the grace of repentance and then all will be well.

God’s mercy is greater than all sins you may commit. If you go to Confession and sincerely confess there is nothing that cannot be forgiven.

Peace be with you shanishani7.

I have asked a few religious this question and I got this:

The sin that cannot be forgiven is the sin that “my sin cannot be forgiven”, thus distancing myself from the infinite mercy of God.

I too believe that God will forgive any sin except the one that you do not ask forgiven for.

This is like a teacher used to say “I will answer any question, except the one that you do not ask”.

Hope this makes sense.

Dominus vobiscum.
