Are there any medical treatments that are considered sins? What about not seeking treatment for an issue?

Obviously those that destroy life, like abortion.

Certainly, the bible supports the need for us to seek healing:

“For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them.” Psalm 139:13-16

Jesus said, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. Matthew 9:11-13

Is there no balm in Gilead? Is there no physician there? Why then has the health of the daughter of my people not been restored? Jeremiah 8:22

2258 "Human life is sacred because from its beginning it involves the creative action of God and it remains for ever in a special relationship with the Creator, who is its sole end. God alone is the Lord of life from its beginning until its end: no one can under any circumstance claim for himself the right directly to destroy an innocent human being."56

2288 Life and physical health are precious gifts entrusted to us by God. We must take reasonable care of them, taking into account the needs of others and the common good. "

It isn’t clear whether you have an underlying reason for the question, but I hope you find the above helpful.

The new (1994) Catechism of the Catholic Church at paragraph 2297 states in part:

"Except when performed for strictly therapeutic medical reasons, directly intended amputations, mutilations, and sterilizations performed on innocent persons are against the moral law."2

That includes infant circumcisions.

In regards to not having a medical procedure done, it’s fine not to have one done even if one’s condition it life-threatening, as long as no one is depending on their care or who’s life directly depends upon the surgery, which would be the case of babies who can’t be born without a C-Section operation done on their mothers.
