What news sources does Catholic media rely on for getting information?

I’m puzzled why I never hear any Catholic reporting or even any opinionating about things reported by independent, non-coporate owned, and other non-mainstream media outlets. Does Catholic media get their information from the same news outlets as the mainstream media? If so, aren’t they at the very least being complicit in legitimizing the alleged biases of what such outlets choose to report? And if independent media is in some way immoral or otherwise spreading falsehood or some other harm, shouldn’t Catholic media be discussing it so as to inform people about it? Am I missing something?
 
I think the poster wonders what news sources EWTN might use or other Catholic media.

Yes, this. I wouldn’t know to ask the question if I wasn’t aware of the existence of Catholic news media. I stopped listening to EWTN news not long after I stopped consuming All mainstream media because they basically just parroted all the same standard stories.
