What one question are you always asked about being Catholic? What question do you WISH you were asked?

I posted about how the Catholic church has been referred to as the “true church” a week or so ago! 🙂 I would love to hear about how that conclusion has been made. I am on the very edge of the trail to being to “come home” to what is known as the “true church”! Some of my family isn’t supportive, but I’m following my heart and what God is showing me! Blessings!
I’m sorry for the delayed response, and short one. I’m planning on emailing you; feel free to email me to remind me!

Short (but true) answer: The ‘true church’ was founded by Jesus Christ Himself and has the fullness of the Faith.

Even as a Lutheran we are asked many of those questions; for many people consider us to be “Catholic-light.” So besides all those typical questions about the Eucharist being the Body and Blood of Christ, venerating Mary the Theotokos, confession, etc, I thought I would put up the strangest question I have had. I had somebody at work state that he believed that Catholics worship St. John the Baptist. That was definitely a fun conversation.

I’ve been asked why we worship statues and Mary. One girl once told me Catholics believed in Jesus but not God. Someone had told her that and she actually believed them. I’ve been asked questions about contraceptives.
