I found this picture on another Catholic forum. It’s just going to bother me until I find out who they are.🙂
I ask because I have never seen a priest wear blue, minus some Franciscans.
I hope this is the right forum to put this in.

That’s not an order. It’s a Society of Apostolic Life of Pontifical Right. It’s the Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest.
