What posture should one assume while praying the rosary?

I try to pray all of the Mysteries of the Rosary each day. Must one kneel or is it acceptable to say the Rosary sitting upright or even laying down?
 
You can pray the rosary standing on your head if that’s what works best for you. But kneeling, sitting, or laying down are probably more conducive to attentive meditation on the mysteries.
