What practical difference does the Trinity make in our lives?

Try the difference between existence and non-existence. You can’t get more practical than that! Our Triune God created us, keeps us in existence, redeemed us and enlightened us with the gift of faith. Further, we are made in the image of the Trinity. Everywhere we look we see evidence of the Trinity in all creation.
