What sacraments can a non-Catholic receive?

I am interested (compelled really) in converting to Catholicism, but my wife is not ready. I do not want to formally convert without her and my children, but what can I do to live as a Catholic until they are ready? Can I receive sacraments?
 
Hi,

You must be a Catholic to receive the sacraments of Penance and Eucharist. You really do need to follow the promptings of the Holy Spirit now. Let the Lord call the rest of the family when HE is ready. Your conversion may be the means of inspiring them that He has chosen. You need to do this HIS way rather than your own. You are in our prayers.
