What scripture text do you use the most?

It seems that everyone has a teaching scripture they use. As an authority of what they believe. That confirms .

What do you think is

the believers Authority ?

I’m not sure what you mean by ‘believers Authority’ but one of the most significant passages to me has been Jer 31:33-34 which is referred to in Heb 8 &10. It speaks of grace: 1) the grace of complete forgiveness of sin, and 2) the grace of direct knowledge of or communion with God in order for us to be obedient or who He created us to be. This passage was instrumental in bringing me back to the faith, and I later learned that its precepts were taught in the Catechism in Part Three, Section One, Chapter Three: “GOD’S SALVATION: LAW AND GRACE”, especially under Article One, #III: “THE NEW LAW OR THE LAW OF THE GOSPEL”.

God can do in us what we cannot do on our own. “Apart from me you can do nothing.” John 15:5, another verse that relates to this same concept, and one which I also quote frequently.

Hi!

Check these two:
1 I am the true vine; and my Father is the husbandman. 2 Every branch in me, that beareth not fruit, he will take away: and every one that beareth fruit, he will purge it, that it may bring forth more fruit. 3 Now you are clean by reason of the word, which I have spoken to you. 4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abide in the vine, so neither can you, unless you abide in me. 5 I am the vine: you the branches: he that abideth in me, and I in him, the same beareth much fruit: for without me you can do nothing. 6 If any one abide not in me, he shall be cast forth as a branch, and shall wither, and they shall gather him up, and cast him into the fire, and he burneth. 7 If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, you shall ask whatever you will, and it shall be done unto you. 8 In this is my Father glorified; that you bring forth very much fruit, and become my disciples. 9 As the Father hath loved me, I also have loved you. Abide in my love. 10 If you keep my commandments, you shall abide in my love; as I also have kept my Father’s commandments, and do abide in his love. (St. John 15)
19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit, shall be cut down, and shall be cast into the fire. 20 Wherefore by their fruits you shall know them. 21 Not every one that saith to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven: but he that doth the will of my Father who is in heaven, he shall enter into the kingdom of heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day: Lord, Lord, have not we prophesied in thy name, and cast out devils in thy name, and done many miracles in thy name? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, you that work iniquity. (St. Matthew 7)
You see how wonderfully they point against the once saved always saved theologies… how Jesus demonstrates that even having supernatural abilities and claiming Him as Lord is void if the person/s does not abide in HIM so that HE may Abide in the person?

Maran atha!

I’m not sure what you mean, I certainly have favourite verses. Among those, are Revelation 21:4, 1 Corinthians 13, Romans 3:28, Romans 3:23, psalm 14:1, Isaiah 40:8
