What sealed or completly defined the New Covanant?

I just read a question regarding the begining of the new coventant which stated that its begining was the last super, yes. But what actually sealed it, varified, or confirmed it.

Was it at Calvary on the Cross, at the resurrection, or at pentecost?

Dear Micael,

The passion and death of Jesus fulfilled the old law and initiated the new as it effected our redemption. The resurrection and pentecost are the result of it. As you recall, I said that the institution of the Eucharist was a fortaste of the passion. It is the passion that the Eucharist represents and it was that reality the our Lord expressed sacramentally to the apostles the day before when He spoke of the new covenent in His name.
