What should a catholic man look for in a wife

Im curious as to what traits you think I should be looking for. I’m thinking devout and mature and kind are the most important traits
 
Yep, here we go again. Wherever this thread is gonna head seems to be predictable in 3,2,1… cue in the self proclaimed relationship experts!

Holy is the most important attribute any wife could have. Everything else flows from that.
 
Yeah, and don’t forget obedient. If a man dares to want an obedient wife who wants to stay at home and look after the children, that’s like the most unforgivable sin evah!

The first thing is to look for a practicing Catholic. From that many other problems will be solved. Then you can proceed to the other aspects of compatibility.

I’m female. Yup, women want an equal partnership with their husbands. I’m tired of seeing posts that disparage men in general as evil, or moms who stay at home.
