What should be done for the queen of heaven?

What God has done for her, obviously, since He is eternal and unchanging. He created her and made her the mother of Jesus Christ, son of the living God. God gave her the highest honor of any created being, anytime, anywhere. Shouldn’t we give her the same? By doing so, we give even MORE honor to God Himself–we aren’t ‘taking it away’ because there is an infinite distance between the honor for any creation, and the honor for The CREATOR.

I vote that we start another poll and give ‘options’ which accurately belong to the Queen of Heaven, and not to some pagan goddess who has unfortunately been in the last hundred years or so ‘confused’ with the Mother of God. . .
 
Simple: It’s a four step plan.

I ask her to pray that God will draw all His Children closer to Him.

I ask her to pray that God will draw us all to seek Reconciliation in the Sacrament of Penance.

I ask her to pray that God will help eliminate the distractions in our lives, helping us to have a pure mind, body, and soul.

Then I ask her to say an Our Father with me in Thanksgiving for all of God’s gift.

I’m sorry, but I didn’t see that as one of the options in your poll! 🙂

Mary is the queen of heaven, and we should honor her and ask her intercession and serve and adore her Son, Jesus. Wherever SHE is queen, HE is king!

Strange poll. Who would ever think of voting for anything on that list? :confused:
 
Asuming we are indeed talking of the Blessed Virgin Mary, your Friendly Neighborhood Methodist highly recommends following the advice of John 2:5…
