What should Catholics do on Ash Wednesday? And what things Catholics can’t do on Ash Wednesday? I know we need to fast, what else?

Hi,

As Wednesday, like Good Friday, is a day of fast and abstinence and therefore, a day of prayer and reflection on the Lord’s passion and death. It is not a day for partying. This link has information on what fast and abstinence entails:
