what should i do about masturbation?

I am a 15 year old boy and i am going through puberty. I feel horny literally all the time and i keep finding that i am touching myself without realizing it. I try to stay pure by staying close to people but at night in bed i can’t.
I masturbate every single night. I know that it is a mortal sin, but I am addicted. I feel like it is useless going to confession because i am addicted and i know that i will masturbate that night. What should I do about receiving Communion? Should I just not. I have been for a few weeks, but is that another mortal sin? What should I do?
