What should I do if I could not understand my penance during the Confession ?

The last time when I made my confession the priest was very angry somehow and he wanted to make it so quick. As penance he wanted me to say two prayers each for two times I think but I couldn’t hear them correctly which prayers they were then he blessed me and went away, he was so nervous that I couldn’t even ask which prayers I must say, I heard a bit but not very clearly. I prayed of course but I am not sure if they were the right prayers.

Just say an Our Father and a Hail Mary. Not remembering the penance does not in any way affect the validity of the sacrament.
