What should I do re: my best friends who are in trouble?

apparemtly my two “best” friends are dating. the boy is about 18 or19 and the girl is 13. they were going crazy and having ssex and oral sex and all that other bad stuffs. i want to tell her that she needs 2 stop it. But she wont listen. she thinks this whole thing is a joke, and its cool. I have no clue witch approach i should take? what should I do?

If these are your friends, then the best thing you can do for them is to cause such behavior to stop. He is taking advantage of a minor for his own gratification at her expense. He could go to jail for this. She is young and flattered and lacks the maturity to see what is happening. Already her life is headed for disaster. Where are her parents is all this? They should definitely be informed. Should they not respond, then the police should be notified.
