What should I do with Rosary beads from Medjugorje?

I was reading about how some rosary beads have been turning from silver to gold. I was given a pair of plastic rosary beads with a rope type connection from Medjugorje. The women who gave them to me said that rosaries from Medjugorje have been known to turn gold the more you say the rosary.

The plastic beads have not changed color, but the rope that was once white is now a gold color which I find amazing.
