lol thank you sister Zooey!Dear chelsea_teo28:
Be assured that you are in my prayers as you seek to follow Our Lord’s call on your life.
And, Vouthon, I agree: You are, my friend. And at 19, yet!!

JL: Continue going to mass, pray and talk to a priest. I’m sure all of us will be praying for you and your family also.Vouthon, thank you very much for the advice. But should I continue attending Sunday Mass? Can I know what will I have to go through to be a Catholic?
The young poster hopes and intends to become Catholic. That is her declared intention, isn’t it. She said the reason she has chosen Catholicism and desires to be Catholic is her experience at Catholic Mass. She came to a Catholic forum looking for advice from Catholics on what to do about family objections.Get down on your knees and pray to Jesus Christ. Talk to Him. Ask Him to help you.Litterly place your stress in His Hands. Cry if it comes. Laugh if it comes. But fear not. He is with you always, even onto the end of the age.
The right Christian church will be made availble to you.
I apologize as well for hyper sensitivity. No, I am sorry. It was never my intent to imply that she should seek any other denomination.
If she continues this path and ultimately becomes a member of the Roman Catholic Church, through prayer with God, He can make that path a wonderous journey. Doubts, problems with friends and family who may not approve, all of these burdens , with the help of the Comfortor, will pass away all the more easy.
Her path to this church, the roman Catholic Church, will then surely be the right church because it is where the Holy Spirit is leading her.
My emphasis was on prayer, formal or informal.
But it was posted in the non-catholic forum. That is where anyone should have the freedom to reply. Which i felt i did respectfully .
