Oh, I only do the fancy stuff at work. At home, my family prefers just plain white or chocolate cake with whipped cream. And I use the box mixes!

You can’t do much better than having a job doing something you enjoy.
 
Customers tell me all the time, “You make that look so easy!” And I always say, “After 40 years of practice, it should look easy!” I had to make a lot of ugly cakes to get good at it!
