I just finished listening to Burl Ives singing “The Royal Telephone”, and in his very quiet voice, “How Great Thou Art”.

Burl is my favorite folk singer.

I also liked Peter, Paul and Mary, when Mary Travers was still alive.

I have a Joan Baez album from way back when they still did vinyl.

Somehow, digital remastering just doesn’t sound as full. We still have a turntable in our home on which we can play the vinyls. Much better sound.
