What the fruit?

I just have a fun theoretical/hypothetical question for all browsing CAF:

If we were to look at the story of creation as metaphor, and look at the world through the eyes of evolution, what would you say the “fruit” was that caused the fall in man? During some point as mankind evolved, something happened where he gained a moral conscience and began to act accordingly. What do you think this item/ideology/event was?

What do picture happening? How early in the development of the species do you see this taking place? Was it regarding food, children, shelter?

Imagine a box in which lies a horrible secret you are told to never open and thus the secret remains unknown to you, but you open the box. You can never unknow the secret. That is what happened. Man refused God’s instruction regardless of the action, this action was “the fruit”. The action could not be food, children, or shelter. Eve was already in existence so her female make up was already in existence. One thing for you to consider is the action was a stubborn resistance as refusing to bow down?

No, the fruit was that man had been specifically told not to eat that one fruit.
